Just a quick update I thought I would share in case other people are in the same situation. I was off my fitness routine for 2 weeks because of exams and going on vacation and decided to get back on it about 3 days ago…I wasn’t expecting for it to be that hard but after 20 mins of running on the tread mill I felt quite light-headed, I continued my workout for another hour but had to stop because I felt like I was gonna pass out. I know every time I stop my fitness routine for quite an extended period it’s always hard to find the motivation and to get back to the same level. I’ve finally realized that in order for me to not quit I have to go more easy on my self like maybe doing 10 min less cardio than I used to and lowering the weight. Just don’t quit, continue and you’ll find yourself at the same level again.

    Really liked the post as I’ve been in the same boat this week too. It’s so hard to not let it knock your confidence but I guess sometimes you’ve just gotta cut yourself a bit of slack and keep trying 🙂 xx

      Glad you could relate. Sometimes we forget we are not robots but actual humans :’). I hope we can both get right back on our fitness schedule xxx
