I have been having several questions on my blog and Instagram on what’s my diet and my workout routine or just people often asking me how do I stay the size and the shape that I am now. I don’t want people to have misconceptions about me so I thought I would touch on that subject. The truth is I don’t do much. By that, I mean it is not like a daily struggle where I have to force myself to do or not do certain stuff. Since being little I have been on the thinner side and have stayed like this so far. I don’t do diets, calories restrictions or have any secret to stay fit. I do like to workout, and try to go to the gym every 2 days but it has nothing to do with my weight because like I said my metabolism makes it that I don’t need to. I do it because it’s a way for me to feel better, feel stronger and just get all the stress out. I have been very lucky because I was raised in a very healthy way which means that now being older I don’t have any unhealthy habits, for example I don’t like drinking sodas or eating at fast foods just because I don’t like the taste of it. If I had to give a tip it would be that being “fit” and “healthy is a lifestyle. If you want to do it in the most fuss free way, stop with the dieting, it’s too much of a hassle, they are short term solutions and often are followed with binge eating. The key is changing your lifestyle where eating good food becomes natural for you. Your body and all your cells work on carbs so if you reduce your carbs like a lot of people trying to loose weight do, you will feel weak, won’t be as efficient in the gym but most of all you will 100% binge eat. The only “diets” I would recommend that are this time long term ones are vegetarian or vegan diets. Those lifestyles are the healthiest but most of all if you do it right you can eat as much as you want without having to worry about weight. Click here if you want to read more about a high carb diet, I also like a youtuber called Freelee the Banana girl where she give tips and shows her transformation.

Feel free to ask me any questions
